Right of return
We offer a 14-day full right of return, valid from the day the item is received. If you want to return your art print, it must be in the same condition as when you received it. You have 14 days to notify Kunst og Liv of your regret about the purchase at info@kunstogliv.dk, and you then have 14 days to return the art print. Remember to attach your receipt, or picture of the receipt, for the purchase.
We transfer the entire purchase amount back to the same account from which the payment came. The refund will be made when we have received the art print and approved the return.
You pay for the return shipping yourself.
Remember to get a receipt for sending the return item, so you can show that you sent it.
