Terms of service and trading conditions
Here you can read about the terms and conditions that apply when you shop at Kunst og Liv. If you have any questions, you are very welcome to write to me at info@kunstogliv.dk.
Copyright
All images on www.kunstogliv.dk are subject to copyright and may not be copied.
Prices
Reservations are made for printing errors, course and price changes and technical errors.
The prices shown on the webshop apply to orders made on the webshop.
Order confirmation
You automatically receive an order confirmation/receipt when you have completed a transaction on kunstogliv.dk.
Shipment
Orders to Germany and Sweden are sent with GLS to the parcel shop or forwarding. There is free shipping with GLS to the parcel shop if you buy for 80,65 Euro or more.
delivery time
Your order will be packed and shipped within 1-4 working days after payment has been received. The normal is 1-2 working days. We will ship your order as soon as possible. If we receive your order on a weekend or public holiday, we usually only ship on the following weekdays.
Please note that GLS does not deliver on weekends.
Packaging
We use environmentally friendly packaging for shipping as well as the paper the images are printed on.
All art prints are sent in thick cardboard tubes made of recycled material. The cardboard tubes protect the art prints from being wrinkled and damaged during transport.
Right of return
We offer a 14-day full right of return, valid from the day the item is received. If you want to return the item, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. You have 14 days to notify Kunst og Liv of your regret about the purchase and then have 14 days to return the item. Remember to attach the sent receipt or a picture of the receipt.
We transfer the entire purchase amount back to the same account from which the payment came. The refund is made when we have received the item and approved the return.
You pay for the return shipping yourself.
Remember to get a receipt for sending the return item, so you can show that you sent it.

Complaints
Your purchase is covered by the Sales Act's rules on a 24-month right of complaint. This means that you as a customer can complain about errors or defects in your product within 24 months of purchase. The right does not apply if the product is faulty, damaged or worn due to incorrect use, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear.
If you receive an item with damage or another fault, write to me at info@kunstogliv.dk Please send a picture showing the damage or fault. If your item has been damaged during transport, Kunst og Liv will as a general rule send a new one at no extra cost.
